What does this mean? It means that the lower end market tail will grow or be stronger than the upper range homes. So, no need to panic. Your property value will not necessarily drop 1.5% in 2018. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
For the residents of FORT SASKATCHEWAN, there were 35 properties that SOLD in the month of November. The range in sale prices varied between $146,500 to $760,000. Of the solds, the average list price was $352,986 which suggests a lot of duplexes, and homes in the older parts of the city were much more active this month. This mimicked the trend within the greater Edmonton area as well. The average days on market was 72 which was slightly higher than the greater Edmonton area at 62. Hope you have a fantastic December, and if you need any more information, don't hesitate to contact me. Welcome home.
Here are your Edmonton and area October 2017 statistics. Overall seems to be very similar as last year with a slight upward trend. Thinking of buying or selling within the Edmonton area? Give me a call. Welcome home.
Here are the latest numbers for your Fort Saskatchewan real estate market. 150 homes sold in the third quarter, down slightly from 158 in the second quarter. With that being said, the relative stability in the market from one quarter to another is a good thing. In comparing the same quarters, the average list price dropped from $381,000 to $376,000....again, relatively comparable.
In this quarter, houses have been selling for approximately 97.8% of the list price. In the last two weeks, 23 homes have sold in relation to 34 which were listed (2 sales for every 3 houses listed). That is an increase in sales to listing ratio from a month ago, suggesting we are still in an active fall market.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Welcome home.
