Edmonton area real estate market update - November 2017

For the residents of FORT SASKATCHEWAN, there were 35 properties that SOLD in the month of November. The range in sale prices varied between $146,500 to $760,000. Of the solds, the average list price was $352,986 which suggests a lot of duplexes, and homes in the older parts of the city were much more active this month. This mimicked the trend within the greater Edmonton area as well. The average days on market was 72 which was slightly higher than the greater Edmonton area at 62.
