Market update February 2017

Currently there are 183 active listings in Fort Saskatchewan. So far this year, there have been 38 sales with the average list price being just under $345,000 (ranging from $104,000 to $649,000). The average days on market was 77 days (however this number can be skewed as a result of re-listing).  In the last 30 days, there have been 72 new listings and 29 solds. So with a ratio of 2.5:1, its becoming a good time to buy.
